LOCATION: Property is located in the southern part of Jack County on Two Bush Road (near Perrin) and only 50 miles to Fort Worth.

DIRECTIONS: From Jacksboro: Take Hwy 281 south about 15 miles, turn left on FM 2210 (Perrin,TX), drive 1.5 miles, turn left on Two Bush Rd, continue 3/4 mile and property gate will be on the right directly before road curves to the left.

TERRAIN: The front of the property offers a great build site with slight elevation change that overlooks 40+ acres of improved pastures, but towards the back of the property is approximately 28 acres of heavy woods that adjoins a much larger ranch.     

VEGETATION: There’s an abundance of large oaks and elm trees in the wooded areas, but also scattered oaks around the great build site with a few smaller mesquite trees that could easily be scrubbed.
