DIRECTIONS: From Fort Worth: Travel west on Hwy 199 (Towards Jacksboro) for approximately 36 miles, turn left on FM 2210, continue 21 miles, turn right on Hwy 4, immediate left on Barton Chapel Rd, drive 1.2 miles and property entrance will be on the left. 

TERRAIN: The property offers rolling terrain with thicker cover in the middle and around the pond, but there’s clearings on three sides of the property where the electric and pipeline easements are located. The clearing make it easier to drive the fence lines also makes for some good shooting lanes.
