LOCATION: Property is located halfway between Cisco and Breckenridge, in the Southwestern part of Stephens County (near the Stephens / Shackelford county line) and less than two hours from Fort Worth.

DIRECTIONS: From Fort Worth: Take I-30/I-20 West to Cisco (approximately 95 mi), take Exit #332 and turn right onto Hwy 183. North of town, continue on Hwy 6 (towards Moran) for 8 miles and turn right on FM 1853 (4.5 mi past Lake Cisco). Travel 8.4 miles on FM 1853 until you reach CR 190, turn left and continue for 1 mile…property starts at green gate on the left, but you will enter the 2nd (double) gate you come to (1/2 mile further).
