LOCATION: Located 8+/- miles northwest of Jacksboro (near the Highway 114 / 281 split). Fort Worth is only 60+/- miles away and approximately 30 miles to Possum Kingdom Lake.

DIRECTIONS: From Jacksboro, travel northwest on Highway 281 for approximately 7 miles to the Highway 114 / 281 split. Stay left on Highway 114 and continue west for 1 mile. TERRAIN: Rolling to rough terrain with spectacular views and 100 feet of elevation change. A seasonal creek meanders throughout the lower southeast part of the property. Land varies from heavily wooded with severe elevation changes to level terrain with small open meadows and two fields (future food plots).

VEGETATION: Tree cover consists of post oaks, live oaks, elm, mesquite trees and a variety of shrubs beneficial for all the wildlife.

WATER: Surface water consists of 3 ponds and a season creek. The largest pond is located in the northern portion of the property, over 20 ft. deep and is stocked with both catfish and bass.

WILDLIFE: Whitetail deer, Rio Grande turkey, dove, ducks, and feral hogs. There has been very little hunting pressure on this property.
