I contacted Darren after getting a recommendation from an acquaintance who had a very good experience with him. I gave Darren a range of what I was interested in (hunting ranch) and what I was willing to pay. Darren showed me 10-12 properties and all fell within the range of what I had asked for. He didn’t try to up sell or convince me of something I didn’t want. We narrowed the properties to 3 and he was very helpful in giving me his recommendations on resale, land usage, location etc. I narrowed things to one and bought it about 8 months ago.
