LOCATION: Located in the western part of Stephens County, 7+/- miles west of Breckenridge (mile after going over Hubbard Creek bridge) and within a two hour drive of Fort Worth.
ACCESS: Property has great access with almost 1/2 mile paved road frontage on south side of Highway 180.
DIRECTIONS: From Fort Worth: Take I-30/I-20 West to Weatherford, exit Rick Williamson Pkwy and head north to Hwy 180 (bypass downtown Weatherford), turn left on Hwy 180 towards Minerals Wells, continue 67 miles and property is approximately 7 miles from the middle of downtown Breckenridge (on the left at the water tower).
