Directions: Hwy 287 NW past Decatur, take last Bowie exit (FM 174) and turn left, continue 7 miles, turn left on Farmer Rd and at the curve it turns into Lawson Rd, drive ¼ mile and property will be on the left with green metal entrance and cattle guard.
Terrain: Level to rolling terrain with open pastures that has some new growth mesquites, but also has an abundance of mature oak trees surrounding the structures and a good amount of cover to the east.
